Job Description:Cure+ Hospitals is looking for compassionate and skilled Nursing Staff to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting clinical operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of doctors and senior nurses.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and conditions.
- Assist in medical procedures and emergency care.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort of patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Requirements:
- GNM / ANM Nursing degree or equivalent.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience (Freshers are welcome).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
