Centre Incharge – Livelihood (SHG)
Role Overview:
The Centre Incharge will manage SHG-based livelihood activities, support women groups, and ensure skill training and income opportunities are created for community members.
Key Responsibilities
- SHG Formation & Strengthening
- Form and support Self Help Groups (SHGs) in the community
- Conduct regular meetings with SHG members
- Livelihood & Skill Development
- Identify income generation activities (sewing, food processing, handicrafts, etc.)
- Organize skill training for SHG members
- Financial Inclusion
- Help SHGs open bank accounts
- Support in savings, internal lending, and loan linkage with banks
- Market Linkages
- Connect SHG products to local markets, exhibitions, or online platforms
- Help improve product quality and packaging
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Track SHG performance and livelihood progress
- Maintain records and submit reports to management
- Community Coordination
- Work with Aanganwadi, ASHA workers, and local leaders
- Conduct awareness and mobilization programs
Skills Required

Typical Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in Social Work, Rural Development, or Management
- Experience in SHG, NRLM, or livelihood projects
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
