We are seeking an experienced Medical Superintendent to oversee clinical operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all clinical departments to ensure efficient hospital operations.
- Monitor quality of patient care, clinical governance, and patient safety initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, statutory, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing, and support services for seamless patient care.
- Oversee medical staffing, duty rosters, credentialing, and clinical performance.
- Investigate clinical incidents, address patient grievances, and implement corrective actions.
- Support infection control, quality improvement, and accreditation activities.
- Collaborate with hospital management on strategic planning and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- MBBS with Master's in Hospital Administration (MHA) (mandatory).
- 12 -15 years of experience in hospital administration/clinical operations, with leadership experience in a multi-specialty hospital.
- Strong knowledge of NABH standards, clinical governance, healthcare regulations, and hospital operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and team management skills.
