HR Intern:
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support. It's an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Update HR databases and prepare reports as needed.
- Help with attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
