We are looking for a smart and proactive Executive Assistant to support daily business operations. This role is ideal for freshers who want to start their career in administration, coordination, and management support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage calls, emails, and basic coordination
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Handle data entry and maintain records
- Support senior management in daily tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion
Requirements
- 0–3 months of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and emails
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow
