About the Role
Saburi Ply is looking for an experienced and proactive Factory HR to oversee all Human Resource functions at our manufacturing facility in Vizianagaram. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in factory HR operations within the plywood or building materials industry and be capable of independently managing manpower, statutory compliance, industrial relations, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit.
- Handle recruitment of blue-collar workers, supervisors, operators, and staff.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate employee data.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers and support labour inspections and audits.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and counselling.
- Maintain healthy Industrial Relations (IR) and ensure harmonious workplace practices.
- Support factory leadership in manpower planning and workforce optimization.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HRMIS and employee records accurately.
- Coordinate with Safety and Administration teams for statutory compliance and employee welfare.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
- 5–8 years of Factory HR experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience in a Plywood Manufacturing Company is mandatory.
