Location: Site-based
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work as per drawings
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of work
- Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, and daily progress
- Monitor material usage and site inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and company standards
- Coordinate with project engineers and management
- Resolve site-related technical issues
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices
- Ability to read drawings and BOQs
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work at site locations
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel; AutoCAD is a plus
