Job Description:
MMCH Siwan is hiring experienced OT Technicians with at least 2 years of hands-on OT experience. The candidate should be technically sound and capable of supporting surgical teams in OT setup, sterilization, and intra-operative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare OT before surgeries (setup instruments, equipment check)
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during procedures
- Maintain sterility & aseptic environment in OT
- Handle OT equipment (OT table, lights, suction, cautery, monitors)
- Instrument counting (pre & post procedure)
- Maintain OT records, CSSD coordination
- Follow NABH protocols & infection control guidelines
Required Technical Skills (OT):
- OT setup & sterile field maintenance
- Surgical instrument handling & tray preparation
- Autoclave/CSSD coordination & basic sterilization knowledge
- Handling suction machine, cautery, monitors
- Assist in anesthesia setup & patient positioning
- OT safety protocols & biomedical waste management
- Emergency OT readiness
Eligibility:
OT Technician / Diploma in OT Technology / B.Sc OT Technology
Minimum 3 years OT experience (mandatory)
Willing to work rotational shifts
Team coordination & communication skills
