Job Description
Bright Future.Com Skills Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Trainer – Sal Leaf Plate Making to conduct skill development training under government-funded projects in Uttar Dinajpur District, West Bengal.
Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and theoretical training on Sal Leaf Plate Making.
- Demonstrate the complete manufacturing process and machine operation.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and assessment documentation.
- Guide trainees in quality production and entrepreneurship.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness during training sessions.
Requirements
- Experience in Sal Leaf Plate Making or a related handicraft/manufacturing field.
- Prior training experience in skill development programs is preferred.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (preferred).
- Candidates residing in or near Uttar Dinajpur will be preferred.
