About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly driven Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, business operations, research, and special projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to how a growing company operates and makes decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder and leadership team on ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research and present key insights.
- Assist with business analysis, reports, presentations, and data-driven decision-making.
- Track important projects, deadlines, and action items across teams.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest practical solutions.
- Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and business proposals.
- Support new business initiatives, partnerships, and special projects.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Handle ad-hoc responsibilities and projects as required by the Founder.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Ability to research, organize information, and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of business analytics and basic financial concepts.
- Experience working on research, presentations, or business projects.
- Strong interest in entrepreneurship and startups.
