We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC & VMC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC/VMC machines, setting up jobs, monitoring production, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of finished components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Set up machines, tools, fixtures and workpieces.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Check dimensions and quality of components using measuring instruments.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform tool changes and basic machine troubleshooting.
- Maintain production quality and achieve daily production targets.
- Follow workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
- Experience operating CNC/VMC machines.
- Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations and tooling.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper and micrometer.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Experience:
1–3 years preferred (experienced candidates will be given preference).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
