Job Description-
We are looking for an experienced 3D artist with a strong background in 3D product modelling, visualisation, materials, lighting, rendering, and animation to join our creative team.
The ideal candidate should have experience creating accurate and realistic hardware product visualisations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with tight deadlines. Strong knowledge of hardware products, material finishes, and product presentation will be highly preferred.
The role also involves reviewing work, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality 3D assets, renders, animations, and product videos.

Create accurate, high-quality 3D models of hardware products based on product specifications and references.

Develop realistic materials, finishes, lighting, and product visualisations.

Create professional product animations, informative videos, and installation guides.

Ensure 3D models, renders, and animations meet company quality standards.

Work closely with design, marketing, and other teams to develop effective product visuals.

Review and provide feedback on 3D work to maintain consistency and quality.

Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Help guide junior artists and support the team in resolving technical and creative challenges.

Maintain organised and production-ready project files.

Stay updated with relevant 3D tools, techniques, and industry practices.

Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in 3D product modelling, visualisation, texturing, and animation.

Strong experience in product visualisation, preferably in hardware or e-commerce.

Proficiency in Blender, Maya, and Substance 3D Painter or similar tools.

Strong understanding of realistic materials, surface finishes, lighting, and rendering.

Experience creating detailed and accurate 3D models of hardware products.

Good understanding of product animation and mechanical movement.

Ability to understand product references, specifications, and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within tight deadlines.

Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently handle projects from concept to final delivery.

Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior 3D artists is preferred.

A strong portfolio demonstrating previous 3D product visualisation and animation work is required.
