We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be capable of handling customer interactions, lead generation, sales coordination, and daily operational activities while coordinating effectively with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Generate and manage CRM leads.
- Schedule client meetings.
- Promote company products and services.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with clients and leads.
- Coordinate dispatch, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Maintain sales records and reports.
- Support daily sales and operations.
Skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
- Excellent follow-up and time management skills.
- High sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional integrity.
- Basic technical understanding will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Operations, or a similar role.
