Flosys Pumps Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Rubber Technologist / Polymer Engineer with strong hands-on knowledge in rubber processing and manufacturing. The candidate should have deep expertise in compounding, production processes, and rubber component development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle rubber mixing and compounding processes
- Manage extrusion and vulcanization (curing) operations
- Work with synthetic and natural rubber materials
- Develop and optimize rubber-to-metal bonding processes (mandatory)
- Monitor product quality and ensure process consistency
- Troubleshoot production and quality issues
- Coordinate with production, QA, and design teams
- Rubber Mixing
- Extrusion
- Vulcanization
- Knowledge of synthetic rubber formulations
- Expertise in rubber-metal bonding (must-have)
- Good understanding of manufacturing and quality standards
- Problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
