Job Title: Retail Sales Associate / Showroom Sales Executive
Location: Gandhibagh, Itwari, Nagpur
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 5-10 years of retail/showroom sales experience will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting men's ethnic wear and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
- Assist with stock handling, merchandising, and inventory upkeep.
- Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Eligibility:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in apparel or retail sales will be an added advantage.
Shift Timings:
For Staff:
- 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM
- 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- 11:30 AM – Store Closing
For Staff:
- 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM
Weekly Off:
One weekday (Monday to Friday). Weekend attendance (Saturday & Sunday) is mandatory.
