Graduate from a recognized university, preferably with a science background.

3-8 years of experience in consumer products / optical / FMCG / FMCD sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.

Proven capability in channel and distribution management.

Comfortable having meaningful, technical discussions with optometrists.

Ability to understand specialty products and work effectively in niche market segments.

Self-driven and result-oriented, with strong planning and analytical skills.

Customer-focused, agile, and responsive to market dynamics and customer needs.

Flexible to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
