We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior Fit-Outs to lead and manage interior execution projects from planning and mobilization through completion and handover. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior construction, site coordination, project planning, vendor management, quality control, and cost management.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, as per approved design specifications, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete interior fit-out projects from site mobilization to final handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower plans, and execution targets.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Review architectural, interior, MEP, and working drawings before execution.
- Ensure site execution strictly follows approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and design intent.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities and overall project progress.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site manpower.
- Monitor material procurement, deliveries, storage, and installation.
- Control project costs and track BOQ quantities, variations, extra works, and wastage.
- Identify project risks, site constraints, and execution issues and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure high standards of workmanship and finishing.
- Coordinate civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ceiling, flooring, painting, glass, furniture, and other interior trades.
- Maintain project documentation including DPRs, MOMs, site instructions, material approvals, RFIs, inspection reports, and snag lists.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
- Monitor contractor bills and verify work measurements against actual site progress.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and statutory requirements at site.
- Prepare and track snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure timely project completion and successful client handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in interior fit-outs, commercial interiors, residential interiors, hospitality, retail, or corporate projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and finishes.
- Good understanding of BOQs, rate analysis, billing, project costing, and variation management.
- Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and interior services.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project / Primavera, or equivalent project management tools.
- Excellent vendor and contractor management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in turnkey interior fit-outs, corporate offices, luxury residential projects, hospitality, retail, or large-scale commercial interiors will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
