-Supervises, Mentor, Coach and guide service associate take corrective actions for any deviations.
-Ensure assigned are a fully operational clean well equipped and pre opening checks are completed.
-Drive adherence to SOP to consistently meet and exceed patron expectation.
-Brief and train team on new releases marketing initiative upselling and suggestive/SOS Selling.
-Act as a point of contact for customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Criteria
- Qualification: Any degree/ BHM
-Age 22 to 35 Years
-Flexible for shifts
-4 to 5 Years Experience as Supervisor
( Hospitality/ F&B/ Retail)
Pay: ₹34,000.00 per month
