Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures on various management topics to undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Develop and update course materials, including lecture notes, assignments, and exams
- Provide individual and group academic support to students, including feedback on assignments and exams
- Conduct research in the field of management and publish findings in academic journals and conferences
- Participate in departmental meetings and events, such as faculty meetings and student recruitment activities
- Mentor and supervise graduate students in their research projects and thesis writing
- Collaborate with other faculty members in the department to develop interdisciplinary courses and research projects
- Engage with industry professionals and organizations to bring real-world perspectives and experiences into the classroom
Requirements:
- Strong academic background in management or related fields
- Proven experience and effectiveness in teaching management courses
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and deliver course materials and assessments
- Familiarity with various teaching methods and technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to provide academic and professional guidance to students
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
