Position: Legal & Administration Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Legal & Administration Manager to oversee legal coordination, administrative systems, documentation, operational reporting, and overall management support. The role requires a proactive individual who can coordinate with external stakeholders, ensure timely follow-up, maintain strong records, and support management with accurate information and execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Legal Coordination & Case Management
- Coordinate with advocates, legal consultants, district courts, government offices, and other stakeholders for ongoing legal matters.
- Track and follow up on all court cases, petitions, notices, hearings, compliance matters, FIR-related issues, and disputes.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing petitions, applications, letters, reports, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Maintain complete legal case files, status reports, timelines, and action trackers.
- Proactively identify potential legal risks and coordinate timely corrective action.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with relevant authorities and external agencies.
2. Administration & Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions across offices, farms, and operational locations.
- Establish systems for regular reporting, follow-ups, approvals, and information flow.
- Coordinate with field teams for farm operations, activity tracking, resource utilization, and performance updates.
- Ensure implementation of management decisions and timely completion of assigned tasks.
3. MIS, Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare and coordinate regular operational MIS reports for management review.
- Collect, analyse, and present data relating to farm activities, productivity, costs, resources, and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for financial reporting, budgets, expenses, and performance analysis.
- Highlight deviations, risks, pending issues, and improvement opportunities.
4. Records, Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper documentation of agreements, licenses, correspondence, legal documents, and administrative records.
- Create organised physical and digital record management systems.
- Ensure availability and accuracy of important documents whenever required.
5. HR & Team Coordination
- Support manpower management, attendance monitoring, staff coordination, and HR administration.
- Track employee responsibilities, performance, discipline, and accountability.
- Assist management in improving team productivity and organizational systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Commerce, Management, or related fields. Legal background preferred.
- Experience in legal coordination, administration, operations, or management roles.
- Strong drafting, communication, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with lawyers, government officials, employees, and external parties.
- Strong analytical ability with comfort in reports, Excel, MIS, and data management.
- High ownership mindset, confidentiality, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work on ground-level execution.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
