Job Summary-Facility Manager – Job Description
Rohan Corporation is seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and efficiency of company facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all buildings, systems, and services operate smoothly while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, compliance, and occupant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and utilities.
- Supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
- Monitor building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, and backup power systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, expense tracking, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance planning.
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate crisis management procedures.
- Maintain facility records, AMC contracts, service reports, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate office space management, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Address employee and tenant facility-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facility management, property management, or building operations.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems and safety standards.
- Experience managing vendors and multiple support teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software/tools.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and building regulations.
- Experience in commercial real estate or corporate facilities.
- Strong budgeting and negotiation abilities.
- Certification in Facility Management or Safety Management is an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,311.69 - ₹60,053.14 per month
