About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This is a high-ownership, multi-functional role — think Chief of Staff-lite — where you'll manage executive operations, coordinate across teams, handle reporting and data, assist with social media, and drive efficiency using modern digital and AI tools.

What You'll Do
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and communications
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting notes
- Act as the key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with social media content coordination across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Analyze business data and prepare weekly/monthly performance summaries
- Use AI tools to automate and improve workflows
- Support basic HR coordination — scheduling interviews, onboarding, attendance tracking
- Handle vendor coordination and office/operational logistics
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or related field preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and calendar/email tools
- Hands-on experience with tools like Asana, Trello, Notion, or Todoist
- Strong data skills — Google Sheets, Excel, pivot tables, dashboards
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
- Discreet, professional, and highly trustworthy — confidentiality is a must
- Bangalore-based candidates strongly preferred
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with workflow automation (Zapier, Make)
- Canva or basic design/editing skills
- Prior exposure to HR processes or MIS reporting
- PA/EA certification or diploma

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
