Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to deliver high-impact employability and professional development training to students and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing participants' communication, interpersonal, presentation, and workplace readiness skills through engaging and interactive training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom soft skills training programs for students and professionals.
- Design and conduct sessions on communication skills, verbal and non-verbal communication, personality development, confidence building, presentation skills, business etiquette, and workplace professionalism.
- Train participants in interview preparation, resume building, group discussions, HR interview techniques, and placement readiness.
- Conduct aptitude enhancement, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management sessions.
- Facilitate activities to improve teamwork, leadership, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
- Deliver training on email etiquette, corporate communication, customer service, and professional behavior.
- Prepare training plans, lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
- Evaluate participant performance through assessments, mock interviews, role plays, presentations, and feedback sessions.
- Customize training content based on client, college, or corporate requirements.
- Coordinate with colleges, corporate clients, and internal teams for successful program execution.
- Track participant progress and submit training reports, attendance records, and feedback reports.
- Stay updated with current industry expectations and employability trends to continuously improve training content.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

- Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of interview preparation, resume writing, corporate etiquette, and employability skills.
- Strong classroom management and audience engagement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online training platforms.
- Ability to develop interactive learning content and training activities.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Master's Degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- Certification in Soft Skills Training, Learning & Development, Communication Skills, or Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs is preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Employability Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or Learning & Development Trainer.
- Experience in the EdTech, Training, Higher Education, or Corporate Learning industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
