Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and responsible Senior Accountant & Finance Executive who can independently manage the company's complete Accounts and Finance operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally, Advanced Excel, accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and Profit & Loss analysis. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts and providing management with clear financial information for business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Complete Accounts Management
- Handle the company's day-to-day accounting operations independently.
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts.
- Manage sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments, journal entries and ledger accounts.
- Bank reconciliation and cash management.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts and outstanding balances.
- Monitor receivables and payables.
- Ensure proper accounting documentation and record keeping.
2. Tally & Accounting
- Excellent practical knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Properly maintain ledgers, vouchers, stock/accounting entries and financial records in Tally.
- Generate accounting and financial reports whenever required.
- Identify and rectify accounting discrepancies.
3. Advanced Excel
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel is mandatory.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, reconciliation reports and management reports.
- Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, data analysis and other advanced Excel functions.
- Prepare automated and structured Excel reports for management.
4. Profit & Loss & Financial Analysis
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and yearly Profit & Loss statements.
- Calculate and monitor company revenue, gross profit, net profit and expenses.
- Analyze major expense categories and identify unnecessary costs.
- Compare actual performance with budgets/targets.
- Provide management with meaningful financial insights.
5. Finance Management
- Monitor company cash flow and working capital.
- Prepare cash flow statements and financial projections.
- Track receivables, payables and payment schedules.
- Assist management in budgeting and financial planning.
- Monitor financial performance and support business decision-making.
- Maintain proper control over company expenses.
6. GST, TDS & Compliance
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with CA/tax consultants for GST, TDS, income tax and statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely preparation of required data and financial records.
- Maintain proper supporting documents for audits and compliance.
7. MIS & Management Reporting
- Prepare regular MIS reports for management.
- Prepare sales, purchase, expense, receivable, payable and cash-flow reports.
- Provide monthly financial summaries to management.
- Highlight financial discrepancies, unusual expenses and outstanding payments.
- Support management with accurate financial data and analysis.
8. Audit & Financial Documentation
- Maintain all accounting documents systematically.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and other financial institutions when required.
- Ensure accounts are properly reconciled and audit-ready.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Ability to independently prepare and analyze Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage the company's complete accounts function.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate should be someone who can independently handle the company's complete Accounts & Finance function, rather than only performing routine data-entry or bookkeeping work.

- Maintaining complete and audit-ready financial records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
