About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Interior Designer with 7–10 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling projects from concept to execution while leading design development and coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential, hospitality, commercial, and luxury interior projects from concept to completion.
- Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Conduct client meetings and present design proposals confidently.
- Oversee site execution and ensure design quality is maintained.
- Guide and mentor junior designers.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and material selections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 7–10 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and detailing.
- Experience in client handling, team coordination, and site supervision.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Strong design aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project execution, BOQs, and vendor coordination.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under deadlines.
