The Tax & Legal Technology team develops and maintains products built on varied technologies. The team has various groups that provide solutions to clients by following an agile system development methodology. This position is specifically for the Tax & Legal Digital Asset Factory team.

Work you'll do
As a Software Engineer II on the Tax and Legal Digital Asset Factory team, you will be responsible for:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform design concepts into functional prototypes and production-ready interfaces, and contribute to design systems for consistency and reusability

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while optimizing applications for speed, scalability, performance, and responsiveness

Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate application programming interfaces (APIs), troubleshoot issues, and enhance overall user experience

Conduct code reviews, share knowledge with team members, and stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to improve the technology stack

Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering

3+ years of front-end development experience with Angular

Experience with design systems, including creation, maintenance, and implementation

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material Design

Experience with state management libraries such as NgRx or Redux and RESTful application programming interfaces (APIs)
-
Experience integrating third-party libraries into Angular projects, including PrimeNG and Kendo UI for Angular
-
Experience applying Angular security practices, including JSON Web Token (JWT) authentication and secure data transmission
Preferred:

Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Experience applying accessibility standards and best practices

Experience using Git

Experience with secure software development life cycle practices

Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
