Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for children.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
- Plan and deliver engaging speech and language therapy sessions.
- Monitor progress and modify intervention plans as needed.
- Collaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, behaviour therapists, special educators, and other professionals to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, therapy records, and progress reports.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
- Freshers with internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their developmental goals.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
