Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Regional Officer to join our team in Chennai. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in housing loan/home loan sales are preferred. Housing loan experience is mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support housing loan business activities in the assigned region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive housing loan sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of required documents.
- Follow up on applications from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow the business.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Housing loan/home loan experience is mandatory.
- Experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services will be preferred.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and relationship management skills.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Candidates available to work in Chennai are preferred.
Salary
₹3 LPA – ₹4 LPA, based on experience and suitability.
