The Inventory Keeper is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring proper storage and handling of goods. The role involves receiving, tracking, and issuing inventory while maintaining organized stockrooms and supporting smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems or manual logs.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Organize and store products in designated storage areas.
- Issue materials or products to departments or customers as required.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with periodic inventory audits.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of inventory items.
- Coordinate with procurement or purchasing teams for replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in storage areas.
- Track damaged, expired, or obsolete inventory and report to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock handling.
- Basic knowledge of inventory software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics environments.
Working Conditions
- Work may involve standing, lifting, and moving inventory items.
- May require handling stock in warehouse or storage environments.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
