Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Procurement & Logistics Manager to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, inventory, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of materials, products, and services as per company requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock management.
- Manage logistics, transportation, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and transport partners.
- Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain proper documentation for procurement and logistics activities.
- Resolve delivery delays and other supply chain-related issues.
Requirements
- MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related specialization is preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in Procurement, Logistics, Purchasing, or Supply Chain operations.
- Good knowledge of vendor management and purchase processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 per month
