Job Summary:
The Team Leader – Sales (Commercial Vehicles) will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets for commercial vehicles. This role requires strategic planning, team management, and effective execution of sales strategies to enhance market share and profitability. The candidate should have strong industry knowledge, customer relationship skills, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive commercial vehicle sales.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key customer accounts.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation campaigns.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify customer needs, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance and customer feedback to senior management.
- Support the sales team in closing key deals and negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and CRM usage.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or a related automobile segment.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales CRM tools.
- Valid driving license.

Pay: ₹75,882.00 - ₹89,907.00 per year
