Hiring Sous Chef – South Indian Cuisine for restaurant and hotel kitchen operations. Looking for experienced South Indian Chef, Indian Cuisine Chef, Hotel Chef, and Restaurant Kitchen Chef professionals with expertise in dosa, biryani, tiffin, curry preparation, kitchen management, food quality control, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage South Indian kitchen operations
- Ensure authentic taste and presentation
- Supervise kitchen staff and workflow
- Maintain food quality and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory and raw material usage
- Coordinate with management for menu planning
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in South Indian cuisine
- Expertise in dosa, biryani, curries, tiffin varieties, and traditional dishes
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in restaurant or hotel kitchens preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
