Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Academic Intelligence Consultant to expand SALCI’s presence across schools in North India.
This is a field-oriented role where the candidate will directly engage with schools, demonstrate SALCI’s Academic Intelligence System, build strong institutional relationships, and convert opportunities into business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
-Visit schools, educational institutions, and academic networks to promote SALCI’s Academic Intelligence OS
-Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and academic consultations for principals, coordinators, and management
-Build and nurture long-term relationships with school stakeholders
-Identify opportunities and convert leads into successful sales closures
-Understand school pain points related to examinations, assessments, and academic tracking
-Position SALCI as a solution for data-driven academic decision-making
-Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
-Maintain a pipeline of prospects, meetings, and follow-ups
-Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and implementation
-Represent SALCI at education events, seminars, and school meetings
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Education / Business / Technology preferred)
0–3 years of experience in field sales, EdTech, or school engagement roles
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions
-Ability to interact with senior stakeholders (Principals / Directors)
