Job Description – Event Production
- Assist in planning and execution of events from pre-production to post-event closure
- Coordinate with vendors (fabrication, sound, light, LED, printing, logistics, manpower, etc.)
- Support in venue recce, layout planning, and production feasibility checks
- Assist in preparing BOQs, production checklists, and event timelines
- Coordinate on-ground execution including setup, rehearsals, and show flow
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of event materials
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance during event execution
- Support backstage operations and artist coordination (if applicable)
- Assist in dismantling and post-event wrap-up activities
- Maintain records of vendors, inventory, and production expenses
- Coordinate with internal teams such as client servicing, design, and accounts
- Handle last-minute production requirements and on-ground troubleshooting
- Learn event budgeting, vendor negotiations, and cost control
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager / Reporting Head
Skills & Requirements:
- Willingness to work on-ground and extended hours during events
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of event production processes
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ready to travel for events if required
