Job Title: CNC Machine Operator (Milling)

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator with hands-on experience in CNC Milling machines. The ideal candidate should be capable of setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce precision components while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Milling machines as per engineering drawings and production requirements.
- Load and unload raw materials, tools, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and perform tool changes when required.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Ensure components meet quality specifications and tolerances.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep machines clean and operational.
- Report machine breakdowns, tool wear, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Adhere to all workplace safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to meet production targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machinist, Turner, or a related trade.
- 2–5 years of experience operating CNC Milling machines.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T is preferred.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection techniques.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming and editing offsets is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with VMC/CNC Milling operations.
- Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds.
- Familiarity with preventive machine maintenance.
- Understanding of 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices.

Pay: ₹25,086.00 - ₹33,868.43 per month
