About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Center Manager to lead the daily operations of our fitness center in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, deliver exceptional member experiences, lead a high-performing team, and uphold operational excellence across the center.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness center, ensuring seamless coordination across Front Desk, Sales, Trainers, and Housekeeping teams.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment upkeep.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.
- Drive membership renewals, upgrades, and personal training sales.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Track key metrics including memberships, revenue, retention, and facility utilization.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage center staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Cultivate a positive, customer-centric work culture.
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal manpower utilization.
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional member service and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Address and resolve member concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build lasting relationships with members to strengthen retention.
- Monitor member feedback and drive continuous service improvements.
Financial Management
- Manage center budgets and control operational expenses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure accuracy in billing, collections, and cash management.
- Monitor profitability and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Support local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Develop partnerships with nearby residential societies and corporate offices.
- Organize member engagement events and fitness challenges.
- Enhance brand visibility within the local community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in operations or sales management.
- Minimum 2 years managing a fitness center, gym, wellness center, hospitality, retail, or healthcare facility.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
