Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the EdTech industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize student enrollments.
- Monitor daily sales performance, conversions, and team productivity.
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Business Development Associates and Academic Counselors.
- Build and maintain a high-performing sales culture.
- Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and present performance insights to management.
- Improve lead conversion rates through process optimization and sales coaching.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.
- Drive branch expansion and business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in EdTech sales with at least 2 years in a Team Leader or Sales Head role.
- Proven experience in handling inside sales teams.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is an added advantage.
