- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hardware Engineer or Desktop Support Engineer.
- Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), BIOS, drivers, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing hardware faults, motherboard issues, RAM, HDD/SSD replacement, and system upgrades.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook configuration, and user account management will be preferred.
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic firewall devices.
- Experience in handling IT assets, inventory management, warranty coordination, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer support skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage support tickets, and maintain service reports.
- Candidate should be willing to travel to client locations whenever required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
