About the Role
We are looking for passionate and experienced Hotel Management Instructors to join our newly established hotel management college. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training to students and preparing them for successful careers in the hospitality industry.
We are specifically seeking candidates with strong professional experience in Food Production and/or Housekeeping, along with a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging theoretical and practical classes in Food Production and/or Housekeeping.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, training sessions, and laboratory/workshop activities.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Train students in professional hospitality standards, procedures, hygiene, safety, and workplace practices.
- Mentor and guide students in developing industry-ready skills.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain professional standards and contribute to the overall academic development of the college.
- Stay updated with current hotel industry practices and incorporate relevant industry knowledge into teaching.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management is mandatory.
- Candidates must have completed their Hotel Management degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong practical and professional experience in Food Production and/or Housekeeping.
- Prior experience in the hotel industry and/or teaching/training experience will be highly preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing the next generation of hospitality professionals.
- Ability to conduct both classroom-based and practical training effectively.
