Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Head to lead the day-to-day operations of our therapy centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing centre operations, leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, driving admissions and retention, and achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall centre operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead and coordinate therapists, administrative staff, and support teams.
- Drive admissions by converting enquiries into centre visits and enrollments.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction, retention, and service quality.
- Monitor renewals, fee collections, and re-engage inactive families.
- Maintain operational compliance, reporting, and centre performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business and operational goals.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, therapy centres, clinics, or multi-specialty healthcare.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Experience in operations, customer relationship management, admissions, and team coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
