Job Title: District Sales Manager – FMCG (High Growth | Leadership Role)

You will manage a network of 600+ field promoters (Pavitra Sangini) and scale a fast-growing health card + product distribution model.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive district-level sales growth for health cards and sanitary products
- Manage and expand a large field sales force (600+ members)
- Build and strengthen distribution channels & local partnerships
- Ensure daily sales execution through on-ground team monitoring
- Create and execute local campaigns, awareness drives & activations
- Track performance, set targets, and push teams for high achievement
- Identify new market opportunities in rural & urban areas
- Ensure consistent product availability and visibility
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–7 years experience in FMCG / Pharma / Rural Sales
- Strong experience in team handling & field sales management
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets
- Ability to manage large teams and work on the ground
- Passion for social impact + business growth
- Local market knowledge of Lucknow district
- Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Ideal Candidate:
- Hustler mindset (not a 9–5 person)
- Strong leadership & execution skills
- Can handle pressure & deliver results
- Comfortable with field travel
- Experience in distribution / direct selling / NGO-linked sales is a big plus
