To ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, tax
management, and effective coordination of audits in line with company
policies and regulatory requirements, thereby supporting overall financial
integrity and business decision-making.
Job Description
1. Taxation:
Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory
returns within defined timelines.
Manage tax audits, assessments, and correspondence with tax
authorities.
Handle advance tax computation, provisions, and reconciliations
accurately.
Assist in tax planning and optimization while ensuring compliance
with applicable laws.
Stay updated on amendments in tax laws and implement
necessary process improvements.
2. Accounts & Finance:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, bank
reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements –
P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Monitor inventory accounting, fixed assets register, and
depreciation schedules.
Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and management reporting.
Support MIS preparation and analysis to ensure accurate financial
data for management decisions.
3. Audit (Internal & Statutory):
Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for timely
completion of audits.
Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting
documents as required.
Ensure compliance with audit observations and facilitate
corrective/preventive actions.
Conduct internal checks and process reviews to strengthen
financial controls and compliance.
Desired Competencies Technical / Functional Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial
reporting
Expertise in SAP / ERP systems
Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Tally, and accounting
software
Familiarity with audit processes, statutory compliance, and
internal controls

Education & Experience Educational Qualification:
Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
Industry Experience:
5–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Experience in Fertilizer / Chemical / Manufacturing Industry
preferred.
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
