We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned territories.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
