The Duty Officer at Cineworld Multiplex is responsible for overseeing daily cinema operations, ensuring smooth functioning of shows, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supervising staff during assigned shifts. The role involves handling guest queries, monitoring safety standards, and ensuring the cinema environment is clean, secure, and welcoming.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily multiplex operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure all movie shows start on time and run smoothly.
- Manage and guide cinema staff such as ticketing, ushers, and housekeeping teams.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and security within the cinema premises.
- Coordinate with technical staff to resolve any screen or sound issues.
- Ensure proper crowd management during peak hours and movie premieres.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
