Core Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily functioning of the branch, including classes, faculty schedules, and student services.
- Business Development: Drive admissions, partnerships with colleges, and corporate training tie-ups.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate instructors, counselors, and support staff.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, revenue targets, and ensure profitability.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in training delivery, curriculum updates, and student satisfaction.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with local industries, educational institutions, and CSR initiatives.
Essential Skills:
- Strong background in software education and training.
- Strategic leadership with a focus on growth and partnerships.
- Communication and branding expertise to promote the institute.
- Data-driven decision-making (placement rates, student outcomes, ROI).
- Ability to design and promote value-added workshops (UI/UX, emerging tech, etc.).
