Operations & Property Administrator

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations & Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the business across both the UK and India. The role involves providing administrative support, assisting with property coordination, maintaining compliance records, supporting employee-related activities, and ensuring the smooth running of office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Operations Support

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations team.

Maintain organised digital and physical records, databases, spreadsheets, and documentation.

Manage schedules, correspondence, meetings, and preparation of reports.

Assist with procurement activities, supplier coordination, obtaining quotations, and raising purchase orders.

Support office logistics, including equipment management, supplies, and onsite coordination.

Assist with operational tasks and projects assigned by the line manager.
Property Coordination

Act as a point of contact for tenant queries and maintenance requests.

Coordinate safety inspections, compliance checks, contractor visits, and maintenance activities.

Support property-related documentation, including leases, certificates, and compliance records.

Assist in tracking rent payments, property expenses, and budgets.

Liaise with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and service providers as required.
Compliance & Administrative Support

Maintain records and documentation in line with company and legal requirements.

Support compliance activities and ensure timely completion of required actions.

Assist in implementing and maintaining company policies and operational procedures.

Prepare reports and maintain accurate records to support business decisions.
Employee Engagement & General Support

Assist in organising employee engagement activities and internal events.

Coordinate training sessions and support employee development initiatives where required.

Serve as a point of contact for general operational and administrative queries.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations.
Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; candidates with an MBA or relevant administrative qualifications are preferred.

Previous experience or strong interest in operations, property administration, facilities management, or office administration.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and manage responsibilities independently.

Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
