About the Role
We're hiring a Field Sales Agent to drive on-ground growth across the Greater Delhi Area. You'll own the full sales cycle — prospecting schools and educational institutions, running in-person demos of the 24Vertex platform, negotiating, and closing. This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves face-to-face selling, hitting targets, and being out in the field every day.
What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and build a pipeline of schools, coaching institutes, and educational institutions across Delhi NCR.
- Travel daily to meet principals, directors, and decision-makers in person and represent 24Vertex professionally.
- Demonstrate the 24Vertex platform and its AI learning tools, tailoring the pitch to each institution's needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead follow-up, needs discovery, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale satisfaction.
- Gather market and competitor insights; build long-term institutional relationships for renewals and referrals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We're Looking For (Must-have)
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, including hands-on product demos and independent deal closing.
- Own vehicle (two-wheeler or car) with a valid driving licence — daily travel across the Greater Delhi Area is required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong spoken Hindi and English; confident and persuasive with senior decision-makers.
- Solid negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working on the field full-time, on-site.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to schools, colleges, or educational institutions (edtech, ed publishing, ERP, or similar).
- An existing network within the Delhi NCR education sector.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and a structured, target-driven sales approach.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
