Position: Student Counselor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Overseas Education Counselor at Leadz Study Abroad, Trivandrum. The Student Counselor will be responsible for guiding students on overseas education opportunities, assisting them with admission and visa processes, and supporting them in making informed decisions about their academic future. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of various international education systems.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on study abroad options and career pathways– Assist with university applications and admission procedures
- Guide students through visa processes and documentation
- Maintain regular communication with students and provide follow-up support
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong student relationships
- Stay updated on global education trends, courses, and destination requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience or knowledge in overseas education counseling
- Good understanding of overseas education systems and admission procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Ability to handle student queries with professionalism and empathy
