Mindful Montessori Early Learning Centre a premier Montessori institution in Hyderabad, is seeking a passionate, highly articulate, and seasoned Toddler Teacher. We are specifically looking for professionals with proven classroom experience who possess an exceptional command of the English language and flawless grammar. Please note: We are not accepting applications from freshers for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Classroom: Prepare and maintain a nurturing, stimulating Montessori environment tailored for children aged 15 months to 3 years.
- Model Language Excellence: Serve as a primary language model during a child's critical phase of language acquisition by using precise grammar and vocabulary.
- Parent Communication: Maintain professional, grammatically flawless verbal and written communication regarding child progress and school updates.
- Observe & Record: Track and document each child’s developmental milestones according to Montessori principles.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of active teaching experience with toddlers (15 months to 3 years) in a Montessori or progressive preschool setup.
- Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in English with absolute mastery of English grammar and clear, standard pronunciation.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; a Montessori Certification (AMI/IMTC) or a degree in Early Childhood Education is highly preferred.
- Traits: Exceptional interpersonal skills, deep patience, empathy, and proven classroom management techniques.
