Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Ensure tables, counters, and dining areas are clean and well-organized.
- Set up dining areas before service and clean up after service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor concerns professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Refill condiments, beverages, and service supplies as required.
- Assist with billing and payment processing, if required.
- Support banquet, buffet, or special event services when needed.
- Maintain proper grooming and adhere to company policies and service standards.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in food & beverage service, hospitality, café, restaurant, or hotel operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
